They charged us over $20,000 per month in legal monies we did not have. We were trying to save our home from foreclosure. Never once did they properly address the basic legal premise of 'statute of limitation'. After more than 12 month of horrific fees the arbitrator struck down our claim in the first days of a five day arbitration.
Then we took Jeff Anderson and the Diepenbrock Law firm to the Sacramento Bar Association. All we wanted was a fair review of what we had paid until Jeff Anderson should have dealt with the Statute of Limitations issue. We did not have a problem paying the fees up until that time.instead, to our utter amazement considering the facts, the Sacramento Bar Association ruled in favor of the Diepenbrock Law Firm. This was based on our lack of knowledge about what procedures we should have followed. This was very unfair, we had no money left to defend ourselves with another attorney. Karen Diepenbrock, someone who had been a good friend for more than 10 years, was subpeoned, but did not show. The facts on the Sacramento Bar Association were incorrect, the facts no less.
No we have the Diepenbrock Harrison Law firm chasing down my family to extort more money. This is should be criminal if it were not the Diepenbrock law dynasty. Never use this firm for anything you care about. This is ruining our family and they do not care, this is very very sick.
