I had originally ordered a quite smoking aide deluxe kit from this company that cost me approx 110.00. That order arrived in a timely mannner. Once my kit was here I was very excited about using this product because I had heard some great things about it in general.in my research I found this company PROSMOKE. I ordered my kit and soon after I was having trouble keeping the charging case charged. Since this company does not have a telephone number the ONLY form of communication is through email! So I proceeded to start my long line of emails to them. They responded with suggestions on how I could hold the charge in the case. Their way of telling me that I was doing something wrong. It couldn't be their product! After charging the case for 48 hours it still would not hold the electronic cigarette charged long enough for more than 2-3 puffs. Nothing at all. So I then tried to see to if there was anything blocking the air. This was another suggestion given to me through their support email. I removed the tip to find that it came off very easily. I took pictures of it and emailed it back to themm to show them what I was talking about, since again I couldn't speak to anyone, no phone number listed for this company. I received a response via email that that piece is bonded on and now I would have to order a replacement part. I stated to them that I am an older female and it was definitely not bonded on because it was easily removed with my fingernail. So I ordered not 1 but 2 more replacements just in case this part would break again. I did not want to be without my electronic cigarette.

Well after my credit card was charged at the price of 25.88 I waited patiently for about two weeks. I ordered this part on March 10. On or about March 27th I sent them an email asking them when would I receive my purchase. I received a link to UPS from them stating that my product was delivered on the 17th of March. Delivered? I have not received it. Noting to them through email that I do receive all kinds of stuff through the mail and I have yet to find any problems with my mail delivery. Of course ProSmoke informed me to see if my neighbors had gotten it by mistake. What a ridiculous statement to make. If my neighbors who know me would find any of my mail in their boxes it would make sense that they would knock on my door and inform me. My neighborhood is a close knit community of retired and older working people who look out after each other. I have had numerous ups deliveries that were actually put behind my porch plants by my neighbors so to ensure that they would be ok until I returned home from work. Again never a problem when I order through the internet.

When I contacted PROSMOKE through email I informed them that I would contact my bank and dispute this charge. They replied to me that since their records show that it was delivered I would lose the dispute. So I sent them an email informing them that I would post on this website how unsatisfactory I am in their customer service and their product. They did send me an email that they would include with my next purchase a free pack of cartridges! What! They want me to spend additional money on their product to get a pack of cartridges free! What would have resolved this issue would have been for them to send me my product insured this time for something that I have already paid for. What has happened to going beyond customers expectations when providing customer service.?

Another thing I do not believe that I am dealing with a company per say. This is an independent supplier someone who sells this product as an independent dealer. When I was placing my order online there is also a link explaining how you too could sell PROSMOKE. They will provide you with a website and yu could sell and make money. Stay away from this product and anyone who sells it. It does not come from a reputable company. I l learned from my mistake at the total of 110.00 for the first kit and the an additional 25.88 on the last purchase that I never received.
