On February 27 I paid this company $420 through Paypal. We had agreed that they would post 100 ads on craigslist for me a day for 30 days at $0.14 per ad. On February 29th they began to post the ads for me that I created and sent them. I told them that I would send them the new ads to be put up daily.
When I sent them the ads the next day they told me that they do not change the ads everyday
and if I had a problem to call the salesperson I spoke with. I called and spoke with David Richardson. He told me that they don't change the ads often and most of their other customers have anywhere from 10 to 25 different ad copies they send. I told them to stop all the ads and I
would redo all the ads so they were general ads.
When I initially spoke to them they DID NOT inform me that the ads would not be changed daily or that I could only have 25 ads posted over and over to make 100 a day (I am not a spammer, I run a real business and have different items I advertise for). But I revised them as much as I could to make them more general ads and had around 80 ads.
On March 3 I sent the revised, all general ads to a guy named Wes Hare who had been the one chosen to post my ads. He changed a few of the old ads out but did not stop the old ads and start all the new ones. When I asked him about it he told me that David Richardson told me to only send him 25 ads (I paid for 100 a day) and told me not to send him anymore ads.
I told him that was not the case and that when I began using their service I did not know that they were all supposed to be general ads that did not get changed daily. Wes told me they would refund my money minus the 400 ads for 4 days of ads being posted. We agreed and I spoke with David Richardson on the phone. He told me they would refund me $364 for the remaining 100 ads a day for 26 days but never did.
I opened a case on Paypal, but their service is NOT covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection Policy. Wes told Paypal that he posted more ads for me than I paid for and I was just angry that the ads weren't working (even though I have all emails of him saying they would refund me).
When I would call (and actually get a hold of) David Richardson, he would always have me do something to get me off the phone (i.E. Add me to your skype and send me a copy of the email you sent Wes, etc). Their skype status was always set to AWAY and I noticed from searching google that they changed their skype name.
The last time I actually spoke with Dave Richardson he told me that Wes was responsible for sending me my refund because it was his paypal account and to send him an email and tell him that he approved the refund of $364 and Wes was to send it to me. I did that and of course Wes did not respond.
Neither Wes or David will respond to any of my phone calls, emails or skype messages. I even gave them several opportunities to finish the job I paid them for but they ignored me.
