Needed movers to move me from my home to a storage 45 minutes away. To load, drive to the storage, and unload took a total of 4 hrs. The owner was trying to double charge me for the drive time. Stated that the total move was 5 hrs. I calmly explained to him that we were at my house for 1 1/2 loading (not to mention the movers were 1/2 hr late and broke my dresser, and shoved all of my belongings into their truck), we drove to the storage, and I helped the movers unload me in less than an hour. My total was wrong. The agreement was $70.00 an hr $70.00 1 hr drive time. My total should have been for 3 hrs of work and 1 hr of drive time $280.00. Nick (aka Mehdi Vedadi) said NO, the total is 5 hrs. 4 hrs of work the drive time =$350.00.By this time I had already given the driver my credit card to withdraw $200.00 from it and pay the remaining I thought was $80.00.
