Consumers beware of the business practices and reputation of a company name Pan American Food & Meat Equipment in San Antonio, Texas. I returned his Tamale making machine which was problematic from the beginning and he agreed to return my purchased money of $900.00 dollars, but not in one lump sum.
He said he would reimburse my money in 3 monthly installments of $300.00 dollars. He only made 2 monthly installments of $300.00 dollars and has not reply to my emails to make the last payment of $300.00 dollars. I have tried numerous times to contact him via email and he has not replied to my emails. The owner of this business is Michael Hernandez, 9218 Northchase Boulevard, San Antonio, Texas 78250.
Furthermore, he is making faulty statements on the warranty/guarantee of the Tamale machine.
