I bought an arm pitching machine, I fully wired the money in advance to San Antonio Texas expecting to get an american machine at my warehouse as I stated in my purchase order and the guy in charge (Eddie Guerrero) deliver in Mexico a shop made made machine with no instructions or operating manual. He simply do not fill up any bussines practice, no packing slip, no invoice, no instructions, no serial number no stickers or warnings. Besides that he never send the control remote advertised. The quality is shopmade not a factory made machine, I asked to return it with restocking charges and he never called back. If you are going to buy a arm pitching machine go for any other in the market because the machine I received for more than 2k is a machine under 1k value.
