I cannot believe how i once was a very satisfed customer~i am in the process of filing a class action suit in Fla~anyone interested?
I have been a long standing customer of verizon~a familiar story iam sure... 5 months ago my phone was stolen. I reported it immeadiately and my service was shut off. The following week i reinstated my service and (unfortunately) i didnt change my no. The following weeks after that occurance has been a total nightmare~'my bill... Which is normally for the past three years of verizon service $100.-$120. For a shareplan, However... The last bill after the theft occured was $329. After which i contacted verizon and they assured me they would make sure that my account would be reviewed for "cloning". I never heard back from them, so i disputed in a certified letter and was mislead into believing that my problem would be taken care of... What a joke. Even after i continued to pay $100. A month, much more than my "normal" bill. They have perm. Terminated my account. The greed is incredible and i say verizon is shameless and they deserve a fight. I know i am far from the first person whom would love to ruin the name...:)
