I found A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC via service magic in January. They appealed to be very professional over the phone explaining their method of pest treatment, such as using wall injections to treat the German roaches. Although their price is higher than the similar company, but I was impressed with what they said and went ahead signed a 12 month service contract with them for my rental property in Las Vegas. They always call me to schedule the date and time prior to each service initially. After 5 services, nothing had improved with the pest issues at the property, the tenants were still complaining about it, so I called A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC in September to find out about what kind of treatments were used. I was shocked to know that NON of the promised methods that were explained to me prior to signing the contract were used to treat the property, they said that in order to do a wall injection, I have to make the special request prior to each service. I notified them that I wanted to cancel the service. They warned me that if I cancel in September, I will still be liable for paying the remaining service charges. Also there were only two services left on the contract. So I decided to let the contract expire itself. The initial contract ends in December. I assumed that A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC is aware of my intention of canceling the service due to the unsatisfactory service result discussion in September so I didnt send a written cancelation notice to them. I assumed that the contract is canceled.
I received a phone call from A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC during the third week of March asking me to pay for an unauthorized pest service that was performed on February 18. I told them that I would dispute the charge because the service was unauthorized. They claimed that they called, but the phone number was not in the service, so they couldnt leave any messages while they are calling me every day now and leaving messages on my answer machine asking for the payment. I faxed a written service termination notice to them at fax # 702-251-5521 on March 19. They (Patricia) claimed that they never received it. A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC (Patricia) threated to send the unauthorized charge to collection, she was scramming over the phone when I asked to speak to the owner, maybe she is the owner? I have to complaint to the authorities that 1. A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC failed to perform what was advertised and promised to me, they never did a wall injection treatment to my property. I lost all the tenants due to the continuing pest issues after one year pest service with A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC. 2. A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC failed to call me to schedule prior to the service. As a result they serviced a wrong property unit. 3.
A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC harasses me with daily phone calls to collect an unauthorized service charge. I have to reveal my painful experience with my fellow consumers, to warn them about A1 Guardian Pest Defense LLC.
