This company probably has good intentions but dont be fooled... If you decide to cancel within the 3 day period you will be charged 197.00 dollars... They dont mention to you that they charge you the full 297.00 dollars on giving your credit card info... Then whey you start reading thru the contract and realize how evasive it is... And is subject to change without notice... I canceled on the 3rd day and so far have only seen 97.00 back... There reason is that i logged into there training portals... Which i never did... After many calls and emails... I still dont have my money back... I can live with the 97.00 ding but not 197.00... For a 3 day lapse in my sanity... It still irks me that this company isint really forthcoming on how they operate... Did you know you can get the same leads from Realtytrac or Forclosure radar.com... For 45.00 a month... And dont believe that the 200 leads your getting a month are in your designated area... My zips only had a total of 75 or so... And they werent 30 day lates... This included all the way to 90 day lates so how can they say they will give you 200 in your area a month... This is erroneous and misleading... Realtors stop looking for the easy way out and just prospect... Its the same thing... But you dont have to pay anyone for it... One more thing... You will be charged 197.00 a month till you cancel... And must have 2 deals in process with them and 5 others on the way in to get your full monies back in a one month period of time... Not possible with Short sales... Sorry...
