Bent Pixels $1.99 and Cellfish Media $1.00 Charges

I did not sign up for any Google add-ons. And I still received these charges? If Google is allowing these web sites to use Google as a search engine, it is their obligation to pay any unauthorized transactions. 1. Bent pixels $1.99 2. Cellfish media $1.00
