This company Unigosyo Uniload sold us a Dealership to sell cellphone loads here in the Philippines. That was in October This is a big part of the everyday services here. We recruited retailers to sell loads for us. There were no transaction fees. Which was a main advantage. We made a small over-ride percent of every load they sold for our dealership. The end of November their system need a upgrade they said. Shortly after, we could deliver load to a few people a day. The system became unstable. On December 14 the system failed totally. We could not deliver any loads at all for 7 days! Most of the retailers drop out and gave up trying to deliver loads.
The promises of all the things they told us and we signed up for changed. They had a gateway number 4 digit number (2948) to send all load sales. Soon that changed to a 11 digit long number to 3 different network companies. Then we had no conformations of loads delivered. Then the free no transaction fee was changed. Everyone would now have to pay one peso for each load sold. This was one of the biggest reason to join our company in the first place. Then you had no service. We lost most of the retailers who sold loads. Because they couldn't deliver loads.
Then a month later January 31 they closed Uniload.
They start a new better company. Ezload. The promise of a new four digit gateway number. The transaction fee would go back to zero again. The company would have it's own server to load just ezload retail sales. That all sounded like the best thing that could happen. Also, they would migrate all the Uniload dealer to ezload for free. Wow that would be great. Not to spend any money to transfer.
On Febuary 12 we went to a meeting for the change over. We found that all the retailers we had would have to re-register to ezload. That would cost them 60 pesos. The dealer needed to pay 300 peso to get 30 card to give one to each retailer. Not to bad. We decided to register. The new kits and gateway number would be in two weeks. At the end of February still no kits & no gateway number. We had a very uneasy feeling again. Then, ezload started having problems delivering loads. First, Smart loads could not be delivered. One week later they stared again. Then Globe loads could not be delivered. Then Sun loads could not be delivered. That finally all cleared. We still hadn't completed our change over. To many bad problems. Then March 14 they updated and said that all retailers would have to wait 10 minutes for a delayed load & conformation. That is something that can't be done. The traditional loads are with in 15 seconds. So we still have not changed. At this point we won't change. There is more to this story. If your interested I'll give you that info too. The main thing is that this company takes your money with their promises and doesn't do what they promised. They want to sell people & more people to get more money for themselves. The company has 18,000 dealers at 4000 peso a dealer. You do the math.
