I ordered the Wen hair care shampoo/conditioner starter kit. I only wanted a one time supply. After ordering, I went on to their website and noticed their was not an option to not have the supply automatically shipped and billed.
I tried several different ways to contact them, but time got by me and I did not follow up. On, March 13 they tried to debit my check card for the amount of $38.94. Luckily, it did not go through. I called the number from my information that came in my order. 1-800-964-1892.
I spoke to someone young man in billing. He was very polite and did everything I asked.
Well, this morning, March 14, they tried the card again. It did not go through. This time, I tried to call and did not get an answer.
I contacted my bank and made them aware.
Other than that, I am trying to find out legal ways to expose this scam company.
