The first time I ordered from them, everything was fine. About 2 months later, I called to place an order for their shampoo and conditioner. I'm not sure of the exact total, but it was around $26 or $27 I have to look at my bank statement for the exact amount.
I placed the order at the end of August.in September, I called to see about my order. Customer service said that it was back ordered and that was the reason why it was taking so long. That was also why billing hadn't taken the amount out of my checking account, because it hadn't been shipped out yet.
In October, I noticed that they had taken out payment for the shampoo and conditioner, finally.By December, I still hadn't received anything. I called again on December 15.
Maria, one of the customer sevice reps at extension 268 said the shipment was on November 3, but she'd do a re-shipment request. Here it is March 9 and still nothing.
When January came, I called and an automated voice came on and said that they were updated their call center. Well, for 3 months, they've been updating. Today I called and it says "eleven (11) dash (-) four (4), the number you've dialed is invalid or blocked from your area code).
I typed in their website, it didn't come up.
