Vidgits.com claimed to be able to build a special video for my company in two days and it took Vidgits nearly three weeks to complete the 15 second advertisement. Vidgits asked me to send in pictures of my company to include in making my video. The video they sent for me to review did not include any of the pictures I sent the company.
I also found another company on you tube with the exact same 15 second advertisement form vidgits.com they only changed the company name and phone number. So why did it take so long to copy someone else's 15 second video that they made in the past for another customer? I guess they wanted me to think they were actually doing something
for the $499. I spent $499.00 and do believe I did not receive a single call form this advertising venture. I do not
recommend this company unless you have money to throw away. I was told by their sales person I should expect approximately 50 to 70 direct calls or contacts from customer per month extra with this advertising. I received
ZERO calls or contacts. I asked Vidgits to allow the 15,000 views to be spread over one month but after the first week
I was at 7501 total views moving views at twice the rate I asked for so they do not care what I as a customer want they are following their own agenda. I realize that if I have No calls from the first 7,500 views the chances of getting calls on the next 7500 views are slim to none and they plan to charge another $499 on my credit card as soon as they reach 15,000 total views. Wow no wonder they are rushing the view at twice the rate I wanted, so they can charge my credit card again before I expect it.
