Dan Ackerman-Greenberg, The Comotion Group, run probably the biggest youtube scam, they propose to promote your video and you end up paying in thousands of dollars and indeed your video get lots of views and some comments, but 99% of the views are fake, the comments & ratings and fav are also fake. These guys have hundreds of accounts to comments and rate.
And they inflate the counter views so that you think the views are real people that are viewing your video whereas they are not.
