I ordered a macbook air case (MICHAEL Michael Kors Slim 11" Macbook Air Sleeve, Brown MK Monog) through "michaelkorsermic.info" and paid by credit card using Realypay.com. The amount was charged from my bank account as soon as I placed the order though, there was no sign of shipping confirmation or status update. I contacted michaelkorsermic.info by email to ask what is going on. They said they would give me a trucking number within 2days, but no update, then tomorrow, next Sunday, the next week... And so on. I asked them to cancel my order on 7th Nov, as they said the item was out of stock, but the reply was just "don't worry". After 1.5months since I have placed the order I received the parcel but the wrong item. It's been so long chasing up for the item or the refund and I have to say there is no way that I can deal with them. The website "michaelkorsermic.info" is no longer available, though that was on until at least the end of last month (Nov), so I cannot contact them or check my order status anywhere. I really want to get a refund and end this terrible experience as soon as possible.
