This company has been allowed to re-open its doors to serve current customers, they are not allowed to sell anymore of products that they illeagally put there names on. The company laid off the entire sales force, which is somewhere between 800-1000 people nationwide.
This company had all of the money given to them upfront, and now claim to be broke!!! They rarely pay there own bills and still can't pay employees.
So where did the money go? Tom and Peter Salzano (Owner and Pawn) respectively, seem to have themselves another scam goin. I feel bad for the people they destroyed by paying them rediculous salaries and then cutting there throats.
Most of the people that worked at NorVergence will end up flippin burgers at wendy's. Or dealing drugs again, or just starting up another company with the Salzano's who's motto is "find the most uneducated people, pay them well, and they will do what ever you say!!! I agree guy's, you couldn't have planned it better; unfortunately you hurt alot of families. I hope this group stops with the fraud!
Oh and if you want your checks to clear call the labor board, thats what the helpful people who remain there told me!!! Quit your jobs @ NorVergence there is no hope!
