I sent my money they cashed my check I didnt get my watch how soon do i need to ask for my money back

I sent my money in last month around the 19th but didnt get my watches yet. If i dont get them soon do i ask for my money back and how long does it take. I dont have the number to call them they all ready took the money out of my acount
