Breck Torrell Higgins deadbeat dad owner Business opened by deadbeat dad, takes care of his customers but not his kids

Well folks deadbeat dad Breck Torrell Higgins strikes again. He has opened a Thrift store in Englewood Colorado. Rented space, designed logos and business supplies, purchased inventory hired an employee, Glen Malcom Miller, started a new LLC and filed for his business license.

But he does not write a check for his child support. He made a $76 dollar payment in December and nothing in January or February. He is currently over $7,000 behind but don't worry he opened his new business.
