We contracted this company fir a 2 ton dumpster to be delivered to our home driveway on 2/3. We filled the dumpster within two days and requested that they pick it up. They only pick it up on the morning of 2/13.
That morning I went to the home to find the cable from the TV/Cable snapped off. The cable was on top of the dumpster and they snapped it when they raised the dumpster. When we called the company to 410-391-2716 the manager, Debbie, said that they were not liable for any damages. She also yells, loudly.
When we insisted that they pay for the damages, they asked us for an estimate saying that, regardless, they could not promise anything. We had someone working that day in the home and asked the person if they could fix the damage. That person said that it would cost $75 but he was not a licenced. We let Myrolloff know about this, and then they asked for a written estimate (without promising anything).
