Just had at dunkin donuts in 4499 N University Dr, Lauderhill, FL My family and
I walked to the counter to place an order no waiting at all I began telling the
Lady name Gina my order she walk away not saying anything after a few minutes
She was serving a customers in the drive thru that got there after us? Then took
Another customer in the drive thru, again We decided to leave with nothing and
Upset, we went through the drive thru since she was ignoring us inside then she
Proceeded to ignore us even longer by helping other customers that just walk
Inside and told us in a really rude way that we needed to wait? I find that to be rude and not customer oriented at all
From now on, I'm taking my business to McDonald's or DD on Sunset Strip in
Sunrise. I am also going to tell all of my family and friends to never order
From your once well operated store. Thank you for your time.
