To save time here is the exact letter I wrote to T-MOBILE which I have to mail due to the fact their link to submit the complaint once you finished typing it does not work. Go figure, neither does T-mobile the worst service on the planet. Someone please help!!!
Dear T-mobile,
This is my notice to you that I will be filing a complaint against you with the Better Business Bureau, FCC and joining all the others in the Class Action Suit against you for poor customer service.
I'll be submitting this letter to complaint.com as well. I have been in Italy waiting on a replacement phone for one month that you guys have lost somehow. I've explained in many phone calls to you that I'm in Italy and the Military stuck over here for three years and that I am a single father of three who had to leave his children behind.
MY cell phone is my lifeline to my children that keeps me going and the will to live and get back home to them some day soon. Fortunately for now a friend has loaned me a phone to use my SIM Card in but due to the fact I haven't received my unlocked phone from you I cannot purchase a local SIM Card that will allow me to phone home to my children for only. 30 cents opposed to your. 99 cents a minute is a rip off.
This is an unfair way to treat anyone and especially someone serving their country with enough stress already and here soon I'm scheduled to ship out and catch up with the rest of my unit in IRAQ and without my phone thanks to you. You have robbed me of a $300.00 dollar phone I paid for and yet received, then insult to injury charged me $74.20 One time Equipment Tax Fee and Out of Warranty Fee for a phone less than One year old and of which you guys screwed up.
When I got to Italy, you TMOBILE provided me with the incorrect code from a previous phone to unlock my current phone which hence froze and permanently rendered useless and locked forever. That was a month ago and still no phone.
I also was reassured to being credited back to my credit card The above mentioned $74.20 due to an error and yet you still took my money. No one seems to give a damn except Rod And Nathan who were the only 2 persons who ever seemed to care.
I've spent $2,700 hundred dollars due to your screwing up just so that I'm not cut off from my children. For being in the Military that is alot of money for me of which I hold you personally responsible for. 70 cents of every dollar of mine spent (you do the math if possible) which equates to $1890.00 dollars in excess cost your company has put me out because you have delayed one month so far in getting my phone to me where I would only have to pay. 30 cents to stay in touch with my family and hence I can't buy a local international SIM Card and you are holding my New $300.00 phone hostage too. I would also like to know why for the second time my plan has been switched to the $19.99 basic plan of only 60 minutes. Is this so you can rip me off more because you know I will exceed my minutes during war time because I have a need to stay in touch with my family and children. I f so that is dispicable. My plan was always the $39.99 600 whenever/wherever and nights and week-end plan. You must of figured I didn't though and the lining of your pockets was more important than my life and contact with my kids. Resolve this soon as I am at my wits end.
