I end up going to the Duncan Donuts on Western Branch Blvd., Chesapeake/Suffolk VA. Maybe three/four times a month. It's right near where Chesapeake turns in to Suffolk and my latest receipt is torn so I can't give the store number, anyway, I have visited this store at different times of the day and I have to tell you, no matter what time I go I find that this store has the slowest, most clueless, un-trained personel I've ever seen. From start to finish it took me 20 mins. To drive away after repeating my simple order no less than FOUR times. Then, to add insult to injury, the product was STALE. This was Sunday 02/12.
Needless to say, I'm done. The friend I was bringing the coffee and donuts to, in the hospital, was very disappointed that they were stale. This is not the first time, this scene is repeated over, and over and over and I've visited there for the last time. I have given them the last chance. I tried calling the number listed for the manager / and it was either busy or no one answered. So much for customer care. So, just down the road a mile or so is a Farm Fresh store with donuts for around $2.5/$3.00 a dozen, FRESHLY made and there is a Starbuck coffee within the Farm Fresh... That will be my choice from now on. Wake up Dunkin' Donuts, this store needs a make-over. Sign me ex-customer. Read the other comments, looks like the Virginia (tidewater) stores have a bad reputation... Hmmmmmm
