Not offer history list on internet. They screw people on a history paper list and billed to you. Do not offer good customer service. Have to take care on callings. If you not have history they bill you

Claro puerto rico failure is the customer service, due this company located in puerto rico not offer service from the same puertorican people. This make hard to do payments, claims and other issues. Many of these calls is answered by an answering machine. If you have a contract with claro and you want to know your calls you have to pay high amounts for this service that is not included. Many times they charge calls not dialed.
