Sent me an amulet, i returned it, then i was billed for it, both times i requested not to be contacted anymore and i would report this incident

I received in mail an amulet i returned it with a note not to be contacted in the future because i have been rippedoff by iss before then i received a bill for the amulet again i wrote a note not to be billed for somthing i returned and i would report them to various agencies and mailled it.
