I ordered the free 30 day trial kit and returned it within 30 days and was billed anyway. They told me to prove I returned the product. I informed them that I sent it U.S. Postal service using exact postage and do not have a tracking record. They continued to bill me. I see by the other reports posted here that this is a common practice with this company. I filed a report with the better business bureau atBBB.org I do not have a reply as of yet. I also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will come back to post the results as I get them... If any. My date starting my disputes began 3-20-07. I ordered this back in Decenber of 2006.
