American Business Solutions called my restaurant and spoke with the manager on duty regarding their product... A CD called American Business Solutions. They fraudulently claimed that Liz Sterling had purchasing power and claim that she ordered this CD which they have billed my company $299.00 for.
I found out through the Better Business Bureau of New Hampshire that this company has an unsatisfactory record in California.
I telephoned the company to let them know that I did not order this product and that my company did not wish to receive this product and would be returning it back to where it came from.
I received a bogus fraudulent return-request form from this company with an address in Reno Nevada.
They are suggesting a credit in the amount of $100.00 instead of $299.00.
Since I have not paid them $299.00 there will be no credit necessary, however, this rip-off, scam artist company has started to harrass me on a daily basis with telephone calls to my home and restaurant.
