I signed up for a $1 four-day-trial with this company. NOWHERE on the page where you sign up for this trial does it say you're going to be automatically subscribed to the $11.95/month plan when the four-day-trial ends. You have to search through the "additional terms" to find this. So, for the past year, I've been having $11.95 charged to my account for a service I have never used, just assuming it was one of the many casting websites I subscribed to.
