ZML Changed agreement terms but I had made a copy of original terms, Watch Out! [email protected]

I subscribed for a 1 day trial only... And on that page it stated as below...

Total Charge: 99, no hidden or extra charges
1 day Trial Access (Includes 10 downloads, less than 10 cents per movie!)

First of all, they fail to tell you that they only include movie downloads, in the trial, prior to 2008.
When I disputed with them about the extra money coming out of my bank account for a full membership, they sent a screen shot back, but it had additional verbage stating that when the free trial was over (1 day) you are automatically extending your contract for a month. I sent them a screen shot I had without the verbage and in the next email, they wrote this...
"We have cancelled your account and refunded your money. Please consider it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to your card."
Be very careful with these CON ARTISTS.
