Although I cancelled membership in Blooms today on two separate ocassions, I am still being billed. They have also signed me for membership in identity theft—which I did not authorize. Whenever I call to cancel the memberships which appear on my credit card billing, I am told to call back during regular business hours. There has been no time of the day or night when I have not received this same recording. I have contacted my credit card company to contest these billings.
