First let me say I will not ever order from Just Flowers.com again, this is the most ridicules pile I have ever been involved in. The events that caused me to file this report are as follows, starting with the non existent confirmation email, then the phone message that stated they are unable to deliver because of no delivery information (the information I gave them during the order process),
Then a 1800 number that is obviously set up to lead no were by first referring you to another 1800 number that says they cant help you then disconnects after you wait on hold, oh yes lets not forget the cleaver web site set up to supposedly so you can inquire about your order and the only option selectable is to have the order that you paid so much to have delivered on time, be delivered after the fact.
