Ripoff

I received the patch as order and wasn't pleased with this product and tried many times to get in touch with the customer service about canceling my order and to no avail, I tried calling customer service and was put on hold and the phone was disconnect on me and when I call back I was put on hold! Now I was charged for an product that I don't want nothing to do with and I want my money back!
