August 27/04 I tried the free 1 wk supply of mydietpatches. Which they don't work. The patch never stayed on.& didn't order any more. Then on Sept 3/04 they billed my bank account for $169.95 for a 90 day supply which I never gave my permission to do. That same day they had shipped me the 90 day supply.
So I contacted the company and told them I never ordered any 90 day supply only the the free trial and I demanded a full refund and they told me to send their product back which I did and they would refund my money back in 5 to 10 days I should get my refund.
I stayed on them hounding about my refund calling the billing dept. Finally on Sept 20th/04 they refunded $159.95 but they said they couldn't refund the $10.00 for shipping. I told them. I sent your product back and it didn't cost no $10.00. Return your product by certified mail no standard mail. So I don't know when I'll get my $10.00 back.
