I ordered boots to be delivered to another address before a trip on Oct. 30 and they never arrived. After the trip I checked my email and clicked on "invoice detail" and got nothing at that site... Not recognized. I emailed and got a response that boots were out of stock and I could order another boot or get a refund. I asked for the refund and never heard from them again. That was 12/26. I asked my bank to dispute the charge but it has been past 60 days and they won't do it. Bye bye money—some company in China got it and the $4.40 foreign exchange fee to boot... And I ain't got any boots!
