Tom - representative - He is rude, hangs up on people when money is owed to him. We have tried several times to contact this guy about money that is owed to us and he simply hangs up. Stay farrrrrrr away from Tom in general. If you do work with them, try and obtain contact with someone else who is a little more friendlier and nicer. Perhaps if its someone other than "Tom", you may get somewhere.
