Didn't deliver & refused refund

I bought Autocomission application from Plimus.com Online Shop on Jan. 21. I paid $24.75 through Paypal. Based on sales hype advertisement online, this application was produced by Michael Pietersen, who had been likewise the representative for that application on the site wherever I bought the software. I obtained the download link, and listed my title and individual information, as given within the directions. But I never received confirmation mail from company of enrollment, consequently never getting connect to my control panel.

After I called tech-support about that, that was about the samed evening of purchase (Friday) I obtained an autoreply e-mail that I'd to hold back 2 business days to get a reaction. And so I might notice from their store the folowing Wednesday in the earliest. I'd to hold back 4 times to get a reaction. No body replied, therefore, I sent customer care again. It got fourteen days before I acquired a response, and that I was informed to hold back 2 business days to get a response. But this response was not from autoreply but, from somebody who closed the e-mail Mia-Plimus. Delay two business days? I would been already waiting fourteen days and I told them-so. Another two business days approved, with no one sent me for tech-support, or was I delivered a of enrollment with connect to my control panel.

And So I sent again, concerning the next period in over fourteen days. This time around, somebody title Michelle-Plimus replied and apologized for that technology issue and period of time I Would been awaiting assistance.in the place of delivering me the important thing for enrollment, connect to control cell anything, she merely stated I really could request a return. And so I asked to get a return.

Organization sent me a contact type to complete for reimbursement. I stuffed it out and posted it. They resent the exact same type about two nights later, I stuffed it out again and posted it again. They had the audacity to deliver me and mail stating that my situation was shut since I did not react wthin 2 times. Huh? Used to donot understand this reaction, even though it wasnt' correct. These were simply providing me the runarounds. I called Paypal. After three months of these allegedly examining the situation, Paypal shut my case also, and without actually informing me. I simply chose to check up on the standing of my situation, and noticed that it had been shut. Paypal essentially stated there is nothing they might do to obtain my cash back.

And that was that. And so I taken care of an item that I never obtained. Plimus.com would'not give me my money-back and or did Paypal create the organization reimbursement my money. I have evidence of delivery of cost, and evidence that I never got to make use of the program.
