I bought some software in May then yesterday, out of the blue, I found another charge of $10.04 from Plimus.
I emailed Plimus immediately to let them know, and had a response from their Product Marketing Manager within the hour! I supplied them with details of the transaction, then they searched there system and responded to me within the next hour, 3 times!
They were able to advise me that the transaction was fraudulent, and that I should contact my bank immediately to take the appropriate actions. They flagged the transaction within there own system, and also the CC used.
In then end, despite my initial frustrations, it was not Plimus's fault that some dirty scammer in Vietnam had tried to use my details. Plimus do all they can to protect you in this situation, and there customer service was truly excellent, better than MasterCard, PayPal & Visa all put together.
I was absolutely angry in my initial emails to Plimus, but in hindsight My advice in this situation is to calm down, make yourself a cup of coffee, and call or email Plimus customer service, I think you will be surprised at the service, especially in light of the negative comments posted here.
