Horrible customer service

I placed my order for a signed hockey puck on December 8th for my husband for Christmas. I called on the 16th when I order would ship that weekend and arrive by Christmas. I just received notice that the order shipped on the 19th and will not arrive until the 28th. I will not do business with this company again.
