Worst customer service ever!!!

I stood for several minutes while NO ONE offered help in your store, when i asked question I was offered brief answers. I normally shop at Macys or online. I wanted to buy a last minute coat before my Son was deployed, I purchased the coat and still the cashier didn't seem cordial, or "NICE" he seemed not to care, despite my good mood, the next day I get to the Airport with My Son, My Wife and Family only to get detained because My Sons Carry-On coat didnt have the security Ink tag removed. This was EMBARRASSING because of YOUR employee NEGLIGENCE, we felt ridicule. I have full documentation. I was ashamed and ANGRY that we were pulled from the line. Because of My Law Enforcement background I was allowed to walk to my car where I had a copy of the receipt (LUCKILY!) Believe me! THIS is UNACCEPTABLE. When I called the store, I found out that IT WAS THE MANAGER (DAVID E446) the whole time that caused me this GRIEF, EMBARRASSMENT and inconvenience, I had to drive ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE TO GET IT CUT OFF!? Now I must PAY to MAIL IT to My Son???
WAY TO GO JIMMY JAZZ, if this is the "Management" I cant expect ANY better from the employees
I will continue shopping at MACYS I regret that visit to your store, I hope that this can Be addressed and rectified. As I am angry that 2 days of My life were thrown off coarse and I have paid a significant price for such. Having a Law Enforcement Background, and coming from a Military Family I understand the Airport detaining Me. I dont understand, NOR will I sit back and accept the Bad service from A MANAGER
Please Resolve this "soon" as I have copies of all paperwork including reason for detain and pictures of the coat with the security tag/paint tag.
