I'm not even quite sure if I am going to be able to find the words to explain my horrific experience at this hair / nail dive. I had booked an appointment weeks ahead because I had a wedding social to attend. Being the bridesmaid I wanted my nails to be nothing less than perfect. The girls assured me that they were just the right professionals for my request. I had arrived to my appointment to be told that there was no such appointment that was made. When I told them that I was postive, a big girl (possibly pregnant) started freaking out on her staff and continued questioning the fact that I had made an appointment. She was extremely defensive and pretty rude. This large lady just told me to sit down and they would see what they could do. Considering I was dropped off and my husband was running errands, I decided I would wait it out. About an hour later, another girl came up and again questioned me.
