Requested male affiliate for movies "Skyline" and "Black Swan". He explained none available and none have already been delivered. Appeared around for additional movies for around 20min. Visited enroll and was aided by Lana. Noticed both movies have been delivered and requested to I would like to hire them. She passed them in my experience and before I really could spend required "Black Swan" out-of my bunch and passed it to some small child. I stated "what're you doing?" Lana mentioned that kid have been awaiting movie more than 5 minutes. I stated "and we have been waiting more than 20." She stated really rudely "Sorry, however, you did not ask me." Male affiliate stated "these were waiting prior to the small child." She simply dismissed him. My girlfriend' and that I have now been hiring from Hit for several years and not have we been handled thus rudely and unprofessionally as today. Lana wants learning supplying great customer support!
