This is exactly the correspondence that I have just had with Bloomex. Saying that I am extremely disappointed with this company would be an under-statement.

I placed an order yesterday morning, paid for same day delivery, the flowers have still not been delivered, I have not received any type of update, I have placed one phone call, and this is now my third 'live chat' - and I want to cancel my order and be fully refunded asap. Thank you.

Lana: we have requested a delivery confirmation once we get that we wil email you with it
Lindsey: I have reviewed the policy. Why was I not told this the several times that I spoke with someone yesterday? I am sorry, but I am totally disapponted and upset with the quality of service that has been provided to me, and for that reason I want to cancel my order and be fully refunded asap.
Lana: Cancellation: You may cancel the order any time.
Please note that following cancellation fees will apply:
- $25 if cancelled 36 hours before delivery
- total cost of the flowers or fruits if cancelled 36 hours or less before delivery.
Lana: at this point it would be to total cost of the order to cancel
Lindsey: I absolutely do not agree to pay any sort of fee as this has been a breach of contract with your company.
Lindsey: I have not receivecd any type of confirmation e-mail or status update to date.
Lana: this was e-mail to you in confirmation and you have 1 hour to cancel if you disagree with any of it

Lindsey: Then tell me when the flowers will be delivered.
Lindsey: This is all that I have wanted to know for two days now.
Lana: delivery was for 16th today is 17
Lana: you order on the 16th
Lindsey: Excuse me, yes, it has been 24 hours.
Lindsey: I paid for same day delivery
Lana: 16-Jan:10: 28 so it has been 1 day
Lindsey: Why are you being rude when I am the one who is dissatisfied

Lindsey: I would prefer to be speaking with a manager or someone else at this point.
Lana: Please note that your order for outside of our production facility areas may be delivered next business day if it was placed less than 24 hours before delivery. Please note, that we will not compensate late delivery in this case. We will do our best to deliver birthday, anniversary and funeral orders on the date you specified using overnight delivery or partner florists in the area.
Lana: which would mean Monday Delivery for this
Lindsey: Then I at least want to be compensated for the 9.99 that I paid
Lindsey: for the same day delivery
Lana: i am the person you need to speak with i am in head office and the one in charge here

Lindsey: I am shocked and appauled at the way that I am being treated.
Lindsey: These flowers are for my sick neice, why has this been such a difficult thing for me to send these to her?
Lindsey: I will tell every person that I speak with about my experience with this company to ensure that no one will ever have to be treated this way, and that no one I know will ever use this company.
Lindsey: I expect that the flowers will be there Monday at the very latest.
