I've worked with wholesale flights before, specifically with Lana. The service she provides is never under par. Whether it be booking a new ticket, changing a ticket or cancelling my ticket, she's always come thru with a solution. The price is always good compared to others and sometimes I even have the choice to be upgraded to first class instead of business for not much more. I will continue to use their services for a very long time.
