Purchased an AutoZone gift card on 11/22 for a Christmas gift. Never received it. Tried calling customer service numerous times, and no one ever answers. I just constantly get a voice message asking for my name and number and someone will call me back. They never do. They don't have an email address and all 800 numbers they publish connect to that same voice recording. Obviously they are a rip off. There are several legitimate discount email clubs, this is not one of them. Beware!
