I went to instant tax services on January 5th to file my taxes. After preparing my taxes, my preparer gave me a paper stating my refund would be here no later than January 26th. I went back on the 26th after 12 noon, and it was not there, (they said it was the irs) So, I called the IRS. The IRS told me information pretaining to my status refund that my prepare's failed to tell me, like how my refund was rejected (4) times before the 5th time it was accepted, and that it went through on the 19th. The IRS gave me a projected date of February 7th, which was not the original date that the preparer told me.
With that being said, now Instant Tax Services is now saying that it will be the 3rd of February, yet on, the irs. Gov website it plainly states the 7th of February.
Now the company is saying that to just keep your fingers crossed...!!! Wtf is my money!!! Im pretty sure that if i filed Rapid that means 24 to 48 after the iRS has accepted the information they need to process in a TIMELY manner. As I said before my refund has been accepted so Where's my refund? If i wanted it to take this long I would have just mailed it out instead of getting charged $365 for services that were inaccurate and definately late. Not acceptable!!!
