In 2008 Exterior Scapes took over $1400 (50% down payment) to repair a brick wall. The day they arrived to start the work they said the work as bid could not be done and to make the wall look acceptable it would cost me over $15000 and they would tear down the entire wall. I found another "Brickman" and the wall was repaired for $3000 and is still standing straight today. Exterior scapes REFUSED to return my money. I was paralized and broke. I filed with BBB hoping that would incent them to return the money. They are unethical and crooks. You are really taking your chances by hiring them.
Why bring it up now? I was cleaning out some files preparing for this years taxes and found the paperwork. I'm emotionally recovered and wanted to see if they were still in business. I found the complaint from someone else on this website and want people to understand this is not a company you want to do business with.
