When service does not work, they will not refund you any money even though when you sign up for the SIM card, they tell you they will

EXACTTA offers simcards plus they are very costly plus they do not function plus they let you know when you have any issues that you'll obtain a reimbursement however it does not occur. The reps cannot provide you with a solution and keep suggesting to call-back 24 hours later until weeks pass.

These sim-cards are often offered at airports at Kiosks, don't get them, not worthwhile.
