This company uses another company to sell their international SIM cards at the Madrid airport. When I landed in Madrid, I needed a local SIM card, so I bought this SIM at the airport. When I inserted the SIM card into my phone, I was told that there was no balance left. I had just bought the card for $327.07!

I have been fighting with this company since then (for almost 2 months now). There are a number of complaints against their product, customer service, and refund policies:

I was told when purchasing the sim card (at the Madrid airport) that the rate for each MB was 9 cents. When I asked them to send me a itemized bill, the rate quoted was $20/mb - what a difference!

When a different sim card was placed in the phone, it worked perfectly (no freezing). Therefore, the problem was clearly caused by the Exactta sim.

I paid $327.07 when purchasing the card. The bill that they sent me had a balance of $203.
