May 31 was the move out date from one of the local apartments that this company owns and today January 26 I am still being given the run around regarding the dispute over inaccurate charges billed to us.
They have lied in print and over the phone when I have been lucky enough to get anyone on the phone or had a response to ONE of the numerous emails that were sent to them. So after eight months of making every attempt to dispute three of the charges and pay the fees on the charges that are undisputed I was notified that they had sent our account to collections.
During my phone call this evening I was told by the owner, Cherly, that Carla "always" responds to her emails and voicemails and that my being sent to collections was "my own fault because I should have paid the bill."
Oh and did I mention that my husband is active duty army and is currently deployed and has still managed to make the time to attempt contacting Cascade Rental Management. If my husband can find the time and resources to send and email and make a phone call from a war zone you think this company could be bothered to work with a renter who is clearly trying to make good on their account.
