In October 11 we paid, by Pay Pal, $129.00 to Juan Castillio representing "Mexican Vital Records" to obtain two certified copies of birth certificates for two people. We were contacted by Juan Castillio within two days saying that he had found the birth certificates and would be sending them. When we still had not received them by the 3rd week in November we called back and he said they would be coming by the Friday after Thanksgiving.
When nothing had arrived by the first week in December we called back and he assured us he would look into it personally and call us back. Since then he has not answered any of our numerous phone messages, not picked up the phone when we called and not called us. As of today, January26th, his web site both on Hotfrog and Google have been closed down.in looking at your other report dated 2009 from San Diego, I suspect he just moves from State to State and pulls his scam somewhere else. Beware, and do not use this company!
